Wild Honey Cream Choc

Our limited Easter Blend is sweet, creamy and irresistibly smooth. Juicy blueberry and wild honey lead into layers of milk chocolate, vanilla macaron and cane sugar sweetness, creating a silky, dessert like espresso. The cup finishes long and balanced with a gentle cranberry brightness.

About this coffee

This blend brings together two distinctive origins — a characterful Catuai from Finca Lérida, Panama, and carefully selected Heirloom varieties from Ethiopia.
The Catuai offers a round, chocolate-led sweetness with soft honey notes, while the Ethiopian component adds bright fruit and lively clarity.
Together they create an espresso of true balance and depth, full-bodied, elegant, and beautifully versatile, whether enjoyed black or with milk.

ORIGIN INFO

The Farm

This blend brings together two exceptional origins: a single-variety Catuai from the picturesque Finca Lérida in Panama and carefully selected Heirloom varieties from Ethiopia.
At Finca Lérida, surrounded by dense cloud forest, only the ripest cherries are picked by hand, often in multiple passes to harvest each fruit at peak ripeness. After washing and gentle air-drying, the beans develop their characteristic chocolatey honey sweetness.
The Ethiopian component comes from smallholder farmers working with SNAP Coffee, which operates several washing stations in Gedeo, Guji and West Arsi. Founded in Addis Ababa in 2008, SNAP focuses on high-quality coffee processing, farmer training and environmentally responsible practices while actively supporting local communities.
Together, these two origins create a coffee of remarkable depth and balance - aromatic, layered and shaped by dedicated craftsmanship.
